Conner Prairie: visitor-centered interpretation

Last fall I had the chance to visit Conner Prairie Interactive History Park in Fishers, IN. I did a series of videos. The first one, showing a beautiful interaction between two interpreters (one of them 12!) and a family is here.

In this video you'll see a variety of interpreters at work. Some are in period attire doing first-person interpretation. Some are in uniforms doing third person interpretation. I'd be curious to know which you think are more effective, and why. Please comment!
